Overview

Supadesk.ai, including Supadesk and app.supadesk.ai, is an AI-powered digital front desk for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices people have. It applies to our website, early-access program, product, and related communications.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide: name, work email, company name, website, role, business type, inquiry details, support requests, onboarding information, and other information submitted through forms or messages.
  • Account and workspace information: user profile details, account settings, team membership, agent configuration, knowledge source metadata, and product preferences.
  • Customer content: documents, website URLs, FAQs, chat messages, lead information, and other content that a customer chooses to upload or connect to Supadesk.
  • Usage and device information: pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostic logs.
  • Communications: emails, support conversations, feedback, survey responses, and early-access communications.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Supadesk.
  • Create and manage accounts, agents, knowledge sources, conversations, leads, and handoffs.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate about early access.
  • Analyze product usage, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
  • Develop and improve features, including AI-assisted workflows, using appropriate safeguards.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer content to train general-purpose AI models unless a customer has expressly agreed to that use in writing.

AI Processing

Supadesk uses AI systems to help answer and qualify lead inquiries, search business knowledge, summarize conversations, and support handoff workflows. Customer content may be processed by AI providers acting on our behalf. We use these providers to deliver the service and require appropriate confidentiality, security, and data processing commitments where applicable.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Customers are responsible for configuring agents, reviewing important conversations, and deciding when a human should step in.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, communications, customer support, security, payment, and AI infrastructure providers.
  • Customer-authorized integrations: channels or tools a customer connects to Supadesk.
  • Team members: users within the same customer workspace, based on account configuration.
  • Legal and safety parties: when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, and service integrity.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, and improve the website and service. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some product features may not work properly without them.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs. Customers may request deletion of account data, subject to legal, security, backup, and contractual requirements.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers should use strong passwords, limit workspace access, review agent configuration, and avoid uploading information they are not permitted to process.

International Transfers

Supadesk and its service providers may process information in countries other than where the information was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual commitments or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To make a request, contact us at hello@supadesk.ai.

If Supadesk processes personal information on behalf of a customer, we may direct requests to that customer because the customer controls the relevant workspace and content.

California Privacy Notice

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under California privacy law. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide required choices.

Children

Supadesk is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting a notice on the website or sending an email.
