How to add Supadesk to Wix

Wix sites use a visual editor, but site-wide scripts go through Custom Code. This guide shows you how to add the Supadesk AI chat widget to Wix by placing the script at the end of the body on all pages, so it loads across your homepage, service pages, and blog.

Before you start

In Supadesk, open your agent and click Chat Widget.
Click Copy Embed Code.
(Recommended) Add your Wix site URL to Allowed Origins — e.g. https://yoursite.com.

Install on Wix

In the Wix dashboard, open your site and click Settings.
Go to Custom Code (under Advanced Settings on some layouts).
Click + Add Custom Code.
Paste your Supadesk embed script.
Set Add Code to Pages to All pages.
Set Place Code in to Body - end.
Click Apply.

Wix tip

Custom Code on Wix requires a Premium plan or higher. If you don’t see the Custom Code option, upgrade your site plan first.

Check it works

Open your published Wix site in a private browser window. The chat bubble should appear in the bottom-right corner.

Troubleshooting

Widget missing: Confirm placement is Body - end and applies to All pages, not a single page. Republish if prompted.
Widget blocked: Add your exact site origin (including https://) to Allowed Origins in Supadesk.
